Position: IT Administrator

Location: Grand Baie, Mauritius

Reporting to: Group IT Manager

SAF Aerogroup has a requirement for a detail-oriented, problem-solving and analytical individual to fill a position as IT Administrator.

The role will be stationed in Grand Baie, Mauritius.

Tasks Includes:
• Participation in the installation, configuration and securing of hardware, software, systems and networks.
• In charge of L1 user support (Phone, Teams, ticketing tools) and management escalations.
• In charge of IT assets (patch deployment, hardware renewal).
• In charge of operating IT systems (account creation, access management, scheduled tasks, backup management, etc.).
• Regular contact with outsourced SOC on security issues
• Regular contact with business application outsourcers

• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and later
• Microsoft 365
• Fortigate
• Azure cloud
