VACANCY: Application Analyst

REPORTING TO: Group IT Manager (SAF Aerogroup)

LOCATION: Grand Baie, Mauritius or Durban, South Africa

SAF Aerogroup has a requirement for a detail-oriented, problem-solving, and analytical individual to fill a position as an Application Analyst. The role will be stationed in Grand Baie, Mauritius or Durban, South Africa.

DUTIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
• Advanced support of Sage X3 on reported bugs, incidents inquiries, Support users in evaluating requirements and determining future solutions.
• Manage user access and security, Manage interfaces to and from other systems, Design and manage UAT, Design, implement and maintain ERP management reports in Crystal reports and other.
