Job Description

You will Identify, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate incidents quickly and effectively. Be responsible for the operational monitoring of the platform health and performance and develop tools, operational enhancements and automated solutions.

Qualifications
• At least 3 years' experience in System Administration or System Engineering
• At least 2 years' experience in operating and troubleshooting Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with Containerization and Orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Apache
• Experience in logging, telemetry, and monitoring tool implementations like Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with Shell and other scripting or programming languages for automation.
• Experience with AWS/GIT is a plus.
