Job Purpose:

Project Manager is in charge of managing and coordinating all aspects of the projects. One of the primary purpose is to properly coordinate the tasks of the project resources, ensure the projects tasks and milestones are delivered within schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance, supervision and mentoring to the team to maintain optimum and consistent level of performance.
• Work and interface directly with customers in reviewing SLA and define improvement programs.
• Serve as the point of escalation for the team and also from the customer on any issue related to the services provide.
• Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers pertaining to their day-to-day activities, attendance and shift schedule, assignment of tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient delivery of IT services to the customers.
