Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects or college graduate

• With at least 1-2 years of experience in BPO (UNDER HEALTHCARE ACCOUNT)

• Familiarity with healthcare technologies, software, and hardware.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
