We are currently on a search for an Occupational Health Sister to join our dynamic team to be based in Ladysmith. The role will be responsible for promoting Health and Safety systems in the organization. To provide the best health care to the workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide health care services and treat minor ailments to employees at the workplace.
• Provide health and education to all employees.
• Consult at both sites site 180 and site 360.
• Record keeping of medicines dispensed.
• Chronic Management of TB, HIV, Hypertension and Diabetes.
• Wellness training
• Responsible for the physical environment and equipment of both clinics.
• Provide information to HR Manager for monthly statistics.
• Ordering of ARV’s, and all medicines
• Screening of all referrals from HR to Doctor.
• Accurate record keeping.
• Do pre-employment and placement medicals to ensure that healthy people are employed and placed according to their capabilities, to ensure productivity of the company.
