We are currently on a search for an associate Material Planning to be based in Ladysmith, who will be expediting materials and ensure a smooth flow of materials from suppliers until they are delivered at the factory, procurement of material in line with monthly and weekly production plan to ensure zero production line stoppages. Ensure that the right materials are delivered at the factory at the right time and in right quantities, deal with vendors directly to make sure accurate and on time deliveries of goods to appropriate locations, coordinate and expedites the flow of work, logistics and materials within or between suppliers and the organization according to production schedules. Drive efficient material stock levels to ensure minimal obsolete material.
