Introduction

Our very busy client in Howick is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeepers whose primary role is to

prepare accurate annual financial statements for clients in a timeous manner. This is a fast paced environment and suited to a person who self manages well.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping
• Ensure invoicing is done on behalf of selected clients
• Ensure that statements go out on time
• Reconcile client bank statements
• Field and resolve any queries related to debtors and creditors
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Process credit notes as and when required.
• Produce age analysis in line with agreed timelines.
• Produce analysis of income statement and balance sheet in line with agreed timelines.
• Complete VAT reconciliations and returns
• Liaise with SARS regarding queries
• Do balance sheet reconciliations
• Check completed work of other bookkeepers
• Complete VAT reconciliations of other Bookkeepers and VAT returns and remit for payment
