What You’ll Do

As a Documentation expert, this role will ensure a high quality output and tracking (Documentation Database) for all documentation required for major project tenders.
• Starting with reviewing documentation coming in with tenders and workload requirements for response as well as timings, manage the full flow and accuracy and revision tracking as documents are input, revised, and resubmitted for tenders.
• Coordinate, prepare, and assemble bid submission materials with tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
