• Overall management of theaccounting records and financial reports of the hotel, ensuringcompliance with company, owner, statutory and fiscal requirementsand timetable
• Compliance with the managementagreement and any Owner / Leaseagreement
• Provide an effective and efficientcontrol through focused system of internalcontrol
• Monitor compliance with company policyand accounting procedures
• Ensure legal and taxcompliance and that adequate insurance cover ismaintained
• Liaise and co-operate with bothInternal and External audits and ensure that corrective action istaken where required
• Develop best practicefinancial accounting and controlprocedures
• Support and advice the managementteam on financial and commercial matters
• Managethe formulation, review and approval of budgeting and strategicplanning within the hotel, identifying valueopportunities
