Vargo has been exclusively retained to support the recruiting of a relationship manager. Our client is an established commercial finance business that offers a flexible working capital solution. They have extensive experience within their market and service a broad range of industries and clients. They have recently developed a central system to not only give extra functionality to their clients but also to support the next phase of their business growth.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and assess their borrowing requirements
• Structure and present loan proposals to customers and the credit committee
• Manage the loan process from application to completion
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
