Job title: Group Payroll Manager

Salary: up to £55,000 + benefits

Location: Cardiff / Gloucester

Working pattern: Hybrid

Responsibilities
• Managing the end-to-end payroll processes
• Consolidation and automation of payroll processes
• Identify and drive new processes and improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless payroll operations run smooth
• Subject matter expert for payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance is met

The Person
• Proven experience in payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Experience of Sage50
• Good knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
