Job Title: IT Support Analyst

Locations: Cardiff Centre, Hybrid Working

Starting Salary: £32-35,000 + benefits

Vargo is currently partnered with an exciting Financial Services start-up who are looking for an IT Support Analyst. You will be responsible for delivering technical assistance and support to internal and external users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and guaranteeing the smooth operation of all IT systems. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strong technical ability and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience:
• 2+ years of proven experience in an IT Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting background
• 2+ years experience of managing Office 365 environments (EntraID, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams)
• Experience in supporting Azure environments (PAS, SAS, IAS, subscriptions)
