Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Manager at Build-Dev. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing budgets, and overseeing all aspects of construction project management. They will work primarily from our Gold Coast location in Mermaid Beach but will have the ability to work on-site as required.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Coordination, Construction Project Management, and Construction Management

Strong budgeting and Project Management skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with construction management software e.g. Procore

Experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
