Bramah HR are recruiting for a generalist HR Advisor to join a brilliant business based in High Wycombe. This is a varied role supporting colleagues across the business with all areas of HR covering the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, implementing strategic initiatives and supporting managers through providing best practice HR Advice.

Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and support to employees and management- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, CV screening, and interviewing- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
