BramahHRare recruiting for an ER Manager, reporting to the Head of HR, the ER Manager will oversee the line management of the ER team, offering assistance and making sure that professional advice is delivered in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining SLA compliance. This role is for our client based in Luton.

Responsibilities
• Actively assists in the implementation of HR processes
• Drives performance enhancement and encourages constructive adjustments in personnel management
• Oversees the handling of intricate employee relations cases, such as those involving disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, changes, and layoffs
• Line management of the ER team to ensure compliance with SLAs, policies and procedures
• Offers support to Head of HR
• Support the HRD and HOHR with Employment Tribunal Bundles
• Improve and implement HR processes, policies and procedures and ensure standards are met
