Standalone generalist for West Australian operations of Global Group

Our client is part of a diversified global group with a SME presence here in WA.

Reporting to the National HR Business Partner, this position will be a standalone opportunity to support the WA Senior Leadership team.

The role is a generalist opportunity with key responsibilities including:

• Development of policies and procedures

• Provision of generalist advice

• End to end recruitment and onboarding

• Retention and engagement strategies

• Performance review and management

• Embedding core values and EVP

• Alignment of HR strategy with Australian head office

• HR reporting

To be successful in your application, you will be a generalist HR practitioner with recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. Ideally, you will have worked within a similar standalone based position within an SME.
