A Maintenance Administrator job in Geraldton paying $75k + super on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a global mining company.

Your new company

My client is a leading global mining company who supply high-quality garnet abrasives. They hold a strong presence in the Mid-West Region of Western Australia and their products are distributed to more than 80 countries worldwide directly from their offices, through more than 100 distributor outlets.

Your new role

You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of the site. Day to day duties include but are not limited too;
• Reception duties including visitors and contractors are signed in and liaise with maintenance personal
• Accounts and purchasing including processing purchase orders and receipting
• Booking meetings, organising agendas and taking minutes
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with multiple stakeholders
