SUMMARY : Responsible for providing beverage service to all Casino Guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest service.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
• Receives money, makes change, processes credit card transactions, and operates from issued cash bank all within company policy.
• Performs duties from various work locations within the casino based on business needs.
• Takes and delivers Guest orders.
• Provides courteous service.
• Abides by all State, Federal, and local liquor regulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to Guests.
• Cooperates with multiple departments to effectively monitor and control the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages in the area where assigned.
• Stocks and cleans work area following proper sanitation controls .
• Performs other duties as assigned .
