The hourly for this permanent job zero-hour contract is £11.39 looking full and part time

Purpose of Position:

To provide highly individualised flexible support to people with disabilities or health needs living in the own homes. To respect the lifestyle and choices of clients to ensure they lead fulfilling lives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• To assist with daily living activities specified within the client Care plan
• To support clients to take part in social or community events as required
• To monitor the well being of clients
• Personal Care; i.e. assistance with washing, bathing and toileting
• Domestic duties; i.e. assisting with shopping, housework and laundry
• Food Preparation; i.e. preparing and cooking meals and cleaning prior and after. Ensure food is stored safely following guidelines
