Your new role: Habit Coach

Employment type: Casual

Location: Ballarat and surrounding suburbs

We are looking for Habit Coaches to support in servicing the Ballarat and surrounding areas so that our local, regional and remote participants can have frequent access to services and support to achieve their outcomes.

You will be supporting participants across a lifespan in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential.
