We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

Your Missions:
• Ability to plan, schedule, and conduct user interviews and observational studies to understand user tasks, activities, and needs
• Organize and structure complex content and information to make it easy to find and digest, on content-heavy pages.
• Build content models
• Map whole processes in user flow diagrams to help better plan pages and processes for the tools we build
• Plan, schedule, and conduct usability testing sessions, on both fake prototypes (Figma, Axure) and developed beta prototypes
• Analyze user research data, and synthesize the results of user research, in clear ways, that help make better design and project decisions
• Ability to re-use design system components in Figma, to build detailed mockups with them.
• Familiar with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and are able to apply them to your design decisions
