About the Opportunity

Dentons Luxembourg is currently looking for a work-study Student in Real Estate Law in our Luxembourg office (with the possibility of hiring on a permanent contract at the end of the internship). Due to the polycentric character of the firm you will get the opportunity to work closely with colleagues form other offices.

The Luxembourg team provides a full range of legal services, with a particular focus on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, tax, investment funds, banking and finance, structured finance, real estate, restructuring and insolvency, and litigation.

About the Role

You will assist the Real Estate team in their daily project management.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Legal and administrative support for the real estate team;
