Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager, located in Wellington, New Zealand. Our new Customer Success Manager will play a critical role in ensuring we go above and beyond for every customer. With responsibility for our New Zealand customers, they will lead customer onboarding, customer engagement and product utilisation, ensuring customers are making the most of our platform, and up-selling to our growing suite of products.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, the role will be measured by:
• Time to onboard - Improving the speed from sales handover to customer onboarded.
• Up-sell and cross-sell revenue
