Head: Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Reports to: Chief Strategy & Corporate Affairs Officer

Location: Based in Windhoek

Main Purpose of the Job:

To drive the corporate brand, stakeholder and communication management strategies to ensure sound customer and stakeholders' satisfaction in the best interest of the shareholder.

Responsibilities:

FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE

KPA's
• Develop and manage divisional budget.
• Management of tender process for engaging external service providers.

ORGANIZATION CAPACITY PERSPECTIVE

KPA's
• Intergration of KM, data and systems tools into the way business is done.
• Continues development.
• Development of Subordinates.
• Conduct quarterly performance review.
• Staff Supervision.
• Health and Safety.

CUSTOMER & STAKEHOLDERS PERSPECTIVE
