Customer Experience Representative (EMEA)

YOU will be involved in the following tasks
• Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction for the Acetate Tow business in EMEA
• Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate load and shipment processes with warehouse personnel and carriers to ensure on time delivery to customer
• Proactively monitor open orders, deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances
• Document, investigate and follow up internal and external complaints

What YOU will bring to the team
• Fluent English, further languages are a benefit
• Experience using SAP preferable
• At least 2 years of supply chain experience
