Ballina Coast High School is a comprehensive co-educational school that has been purposefully designed to embrace our pedagogy. Opened in 2019, the school has an increasing enrolment of over 870 students, 16% identify as Aboriginal. The school has a strong focus on wellbeing, choice, and a targeted sports program. Specific Selection Criteria

Approval to teach Business Studies, Society and Culture and Commerce, and willingness/capacity to teach a range of Stage 6 HSIE Curriculum and experience in teaching History and Geography (7-10).

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and parents to deliver quality differentiated and inclusive learning programmes that positively impact student outcomes.
