Junior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our e-Doc & Training deparment in Lüleburgaz, Turkey.

e-Doc & Training Team manages controlled documents and training processes for the entire site.
We lead projects of digitalization of records and training processes.

Main responsibilities:
• Taking an active role in the digitalization of training (i-learn) project and participating in relevant meetings.
• Completing assigned tasks according to deadlines by following project milestones
• Ensuring that planned trainings are assigned to all employees
• Tracking realizations using reporting tools
• Providing the necessary support for the site to adapt to the new process.
• Providing the necessary support for e-Doc & Training activities

Requirements & Qualifications
• Min. 4 years University Education
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Responsible, team oriented, result-focused, good communication skills
• Good level in English both written and spoken,
