Non-Sterile Liquid Production Team Leader

We are looking for a Non-Sterile Liquid Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing team in Lüleburgaz, Turkey.

Responsibilities :
• Follow up the department daily & monthly production plan by cooperating with Senior Line Planning Specialist in most effective and productive manner.
• Follow up the production output in daily basis, compare with predetermined plan, take necessary precautions, receive information about outcoming variances and their reasons, warn the relevant people.
• Make the arrangements for validation processes to be involved in the monthly plan by cooperating with senior development, process development and validation specialists, ensure the validations completed properly and follow up the results of validation parameters.
• Follow up the yearly composed training, calibration and validation plans and search for deviations.
• Follow up the processes with respect to change control and deviation tracing systems.
