As the Disasters and Drought Support Officer, you will provide a first ‘point of call' service and support to address client and stakeholder enquiries about QRIDA Disaster and Drought programs and services.

Key Responsibilities include;
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, financial institutions, accountants, government departments and other organisations;
• To produce correspondence on QRIDA's behalf outlining decisions made regarding applicant's request for assistance in a timely manner and to agreed standards; and
