The Director, Legal Services is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the three Legal Teams (Litigations Teams 1&2 and the Legal Services Team) together with the provision of high-quality legal services to the Health Ombudsman and Director of Proceedings.

The role will be required to establish, maintain, and further develop strong relationships with key stakeholder, including the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and other key government entities (such as, where necessary, the Queensland Police Service and/or the Crime and Misconduct Commission).
