As an AS/400 Developer and Technical Lead, you will focus on designing, coding, and maintaining applications on the company's platform using languages like RPG. Simultaneously, you will ensure the successful execution of projects, adherence to best practices, and effective collaboration across teams. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding skills and leadership abilities to drive the development process and achieve project goals efficiently.
