Techforce are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for a long term role with our Mining Services Provider client.

You will provide leadership and guidance to 15+ Operators to fulfill mining operations, beneficiation and mineral separation.

You will apply your practical experience in a mining environment.

You will be supported in the role and encouraged to learn and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Executing effective leadership and direction to the operations team.
• Manage and co-ordinate employees, and facilities to ensure duties are performed in a timely, cost effective and professional manner.
• Effectively communicate clearly detailed objectives for your staff.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to your team.
• Promote a high level of safety awareness and encourage safe work practices.
