We are looking for a senior, experienced and passionate HR professional to support one of Ballarat's most prestigous College's.

This is a great opportunity to play an important role within a small team that is on a path to mature and further evolve the P&C function. Reporting into the Chief People & Culture Officer you will provide a mix of operational end to end support to the broader business.

With a new team on board, this role can help shape and influence what HR looks like moving forward to ensure a value adding service to the business.

The role requires depth and breadth of experience across the whole of HR (eg performance and talent management, org development, RTW, coaching, engagement, reward and recognition, HR systems and reporting, ER/IR and compliance matters).
