Our client based in Arklow, Co. Wicklow, is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing daily accounting tasks and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded.

Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Monitor and manage cash flow and assist with cash forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with payroll processing and related tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
