Your new role

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the program to map end-to-end the organisation elections operations to deliver the voters roll, inclusive of the management of customer enquiries and supporting changes to their information. Focusing on people, processes, technology and the flow of information and data, this role will pull upon historical information of previous elections and map brownfield operations for Elections 2024. By clearly articulating processes, the final output of this initiative will support the organisation in the future thinking regarding elections in years to come.
