The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting service and site management by defining the working packages for the technicians for scheduled services and troubleshooting and monitoring as part of the back-end processing. This role is also responsible for monitoring the appropriate allocation of resources, including technicians, spare parts, and tools in order to maximize wind farm performance through tools/methods such as -week country/regional level capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Balance all assigned product orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity

Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand

Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization

Crew schedules are monitored on a day-to-day basis

Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts

On time communication to crews an partners is guaranteed
