We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER in the Tourism Industry.

This position should be passionate about fostering positive work environment and attracting top talent. The HR Manager will be based in Windhoek but will travel to our various properties.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Training and Development.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation.
• Payroll Management and Compensation.
• Performance Management and Compensation.
• Financial Management.

Requirements:
• Namibian citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Valid Driver's License
• At least 5 years proven HR management experience, preferably in travel and tourism industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Namibian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
