About the role

We are looking for an individual with good communication and organisational skills to join our supportive and friendly team of kitchen staff as a Peripatetic Catering Operative within the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.

Within this role, you will travel as necessary to any kitchen where there is a staff shortage across primary and secondary schools. You will be responsible for the preparation of midday meals for pupils, meeting the requirements of the planned menu and servicing any special dietary requirements.
