Overview:

Join a dynamic, vibrant, and growing corporate service provider as an Accounts Assistant. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities including bookkeeping and administration support. You will work closely with the finance manager as well as stakeholders and customers, making excellent communication skills essential.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping up to trial balance stage;

2. Assisting with payroll and VAT returns;

3. Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers;

4. Processing of payments;

5. Dealing with client and staff queries;

6. Ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required;

7. Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

- 2 years minimum experience as a bookkeeper or accounts assistant;

- Experience with VT and Xero desirable but not essential;

- Relevant qualification (e.g. CAT) or willing to work towards one;

- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail;
