Overview:
Join a dynamic, vibrant, and growing corporate service provider as a Payments Administrator. This role would suit someone who is used to dealing with a high volume of payments and has excellent attention to detail. You will work closely with the client services teams and use a number of banking platforms and payment providers.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Processing payments on a number of banking platforms;
2. Following internal payment processing procedures;
3. Taking ownership to ensure payment cut off times and service levels are met;
4. Performing call backs to suppliers and clients where necessary;
5. Ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required;
6. Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2 years minimum experience as a payments administrator or an administrator with considerable experience in payments;
