This multi-million dollar business is a success story from Ballarat and as they expand further, they need a Business Analyst Lead to manage a team of three people.

Reporting to the ERP Manager you will be responsible for structuring and managing user acceptance testing, to validate that systems meet the needs of the users as defined by the Business. To ensure that appropriate testing is completed within project timelines. Lead and coach the business analysts in the company's best practice of UAT and techniques. The role encompasses supporting the primary ERP application and the various additional integrated platforms/media.

Skills & knowledge required:
• ~ 5 years + BA experience
• A proven history of managing a small team
• Ability to investigate and self-teach.
• Experience with Pronto-Xi ERP or similar
• Understanding of test management tools such as MS Planner or something similar
• Strong understanding of API calls and concepts, both inbound and outbound (not mandatory)
