Location: Crumlin. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:40am - 5:20pm

Randox Laboratories is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support our growing Finance department. The position will be based at our headquarters in Crumlin, Co. Antrim. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in working within finance and looking to develop their career within a growing international company.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1) Dealing with suppliers, contract negotiation and queries on invoices and payment requests.2) Dealing with customer queries on invoicing and payments.3) Performing credit control functions to ensure the recovery of outstanding payments.4) Distributing invoices, credit notes and statements.5) Collating purchase requisitions and payment lists for international offices.6) Completing weekly and monthly reports on payments for the global offices.
