Avocet Hardware Group Ltd is looking for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in the West Midlands working for our Eliza Tinsley and Greenman Tools Department.

Role

You will be an integral part of a busy Sales & Customer Service Team, taking and processing customer orders and dealing with customer enquiries. You will also need to be proficient in a Telesales role working with new and existing customers, managing their accounts and looking for new leads that could potentially generate new accounts for the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering telephone calls
• Processing customer orders
• Following up on expected deliveries to customers
• Dealing with customer enquiries about products and deliveries
• Checking Stock availability
• Maintaining an existing customer base.
• Selling our product range via the phone and email.
