Senior Practitioner - CAST Team - Good Ofsted - up to £42

NonStop Care is collaborating with a reputable authority in the South East to find an experienced social worker for their Children Assessment and Safeguarding Team (CAST).

In this role, you will manage cases from initial assessment through to resolution, allowing you to witness the impact of your work firsthand.

Responsibilities:

The CAST team engages with families requiring Child and Family Assessments, aiming to facilitate positive change and help families develop the necessary skills and care levels to remain together.

Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments, implementing care plans, and providing long-term support to families until their issues are resolved.

Benefits:

Pay rate up to £42 p/hr depending on experience
