We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join our team as a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant, working with a variety of schools, including special schools, in Exmouth and the surrounding areas. Commencing in September 2024, the role will involve working Monday to Friday during term time only, typically between the hours of 08:30 - 15:30 (dependent on the school hours).

Role Requirements

This role requires a candidate to possess the following character traits, experiences and qualifications:
• Experience working with individuals with SEN/SEMH needs
• Nurturing and empathetic
• Flexibility
• Compassionate, proactive, resilient and hard-working
• Successful experience working with children
• HLTA qualified
