THE JOB: - Up to £40k per annum - Permanent position - 25 holiday days + bank holidays - Car allowance - Paid mileage - Hybrid working - Health benefits, life insurance and accident cover - Responsible for both the Rotherham and Birmingham site RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead and maintain the implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) throughout the company - Implementing ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 - Be the key contact for customers and external body complaints - assisting and directing customer service and field engineering staff in their investigations - Driving a quality culture throughout the business - Reporting on QMS and individual departments quality and environmental performance - Constant review of quality, issues and performance - Create and control audit schedules for both sites and provide direction to the audit team - Lead external QMS audits - Work with suppliers to investigate root cause analysis and achieve corrective actions - Creation of supplier performance reports...
