Empowering Learning are working with a brilliant provision in the NG13 area who are looking to add to their staffing team from September 2024. The school houses children who present with SEMH & an array of other SEN. There are currently around 70 pupils in the school with another site due to open in 2025.

This will be a full time and permanent role beginning 2nd September 2024. Hours of work will be 8:30-16:00

The Main Duties Within This Role Will Be
• Working on a 1:1 basis with pupils within the classroom and using the outdoor space
• Leading small group interventions with pupils working below age expected levels
• De-escalating situations where challenging behaviour had arisen
• Liaising with senior members of staff in school around progress of the pupils
• Contributing towards the wider goals of the school
