Job Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects across our operational regions. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, ranging from £1 million to £12 million in value.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
