Blue Recruitment Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Head Chefs to work for a well established company in Southampton.

Please Note

This is a full time Permanent role and not on temporary basis.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of a wide range of Indian curry food preparation and production in the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Create and develop new menu items and recipes,ensuring each dish meets our client high standards for quality and taste
• Prepare traditional recipes to create innovative curry dishes
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and proper use of equipment
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Collaborate with management to plan menus and special events
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers
